Ironbark EV supplies and freights EV charging equipment to all locations across Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and remote sites. Our logistics processes are designed specifically for high-value electrical infrastructure, ensuring products arrive protected, traceable, and ready for installation.

All pedestal and large-format DC charging stations are palletised directly at the factory, fully crated with plywood on all sides, and packaged using industry-standard protective materials. Shipments are fitted with anti-tilt and shock indicators, providing clear visibility should any handling issues occur during transport.

To support quality assurance and insurance requirements, each product is photographed and documented prior to dispatch from the factory and again before leaving our Brisbane warehouse. We work with trusted national freight partners, including Northline, and provide freight insurance to ensure secure delivery anywhere in the country.

Smaller AC chargers and accessories may be shipped via standard courier services for small orders. For larger volumes, palletised freight is used to improve protection, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Installation Consideration

To assist with ease of installation, our large-format DC fast chargers are supplied with integrated lifting points positioned on the top of the unit. These load-rated points are pre-installed at the factory, allowing chargers to be safely and efficiently lifted into position using standard lifting equipment. This reduces on-site handling time, improves safety during installation, and supports smoother deployment across a wide range of site conditions.
